RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
BOOKS AND VIDEOS:
All book and video returns must be in new condition and accompanied by a receipt. Purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping. Books and videos are not returnable after 21 days. The cost of the books less a 20% handling fee will be refunded provided product is in new condition. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
