Janet is working with a father and son team of cooperators in Delaware county, New York (see photo below). Andy and Ian Kiraly are running ginseng, goldenseal, and mushroom trials on their family dairy farm. Andy and his wife Marianne are interested in diversifying their operation, and also run a small business selling barley straw for managing algae levels in ponds.
