Kevin Partridge is involved in a family maple production business and is working with five cooperators in Greene county, New York on improved sugar maple trials. All of Kevin's cooperators belong to the Greene County Maple Producers Association, which has made it easier for them to compare notes on the progress of their trees.


Kevin works with Eric Rasmussen, a resort owner and a Certified Tree Farmer.

Kevin is also working with semi-retired farmer, Jim Allan. Jim raises heifers and hay, and produces maple syrup. Jim is haying in the photo below.

Kevin's third cooperator is Jon Powell, a maple producer, a part time farmer, a shad fisherman, and a marine environmental educator for the Greene County Community College. Jon and his son Ian are working together on the maple tree trials. At the right is a photo of Jon posing with his horse Morgan.

Kevin is also conducting maple trials with cooperator's Justin Hilgendorf and Robert Partridge. Justin is a resort owner and maple producer, and Robert is a maple producer and works with the highway department.
