All new volunteer candidates will need to invite a current MFO volunteer to their forest properties for a visit and contact their Cornell Cooperative Extension County Educator. Prior to applying to the program.

The Agroforestry Resource Center:
       Acra, NY
       Weds. evening June 4 to noon on Sun., June 8, 2008

       The cost to each volunteer will be $75 for the training.

Arnot Teaching and Research Forest:
       VanEtten, NY
       Weds. evening Sept. 17 to noon on Sun., Sept. 21, 2008

       The cost to each volunteer will be $50 for the training.

The cost for each training helps defray the cost of lodging and board, as well as all handouts and supplies. Payable upon acceptance to program.
