Program Statement
The New York
Cooperative Research Unit is one of 40 units in 38 states established for
the purpose of enhancing the management of this nation's renewable resources.
We accomplish this by:
1. developing a problem solving research
program;
2. enhancing the educational and
employment opportunities of resource professionals and degree candidates; and
3. effectively interacting with management
personnel, and information and education transfer specialists.
