The Department of Natural Resources currently consists of 21 faculty. Faculty are all appointed within the Field of Natural Resources, although many of our faculty also hold appointments in other fields.

The Department has a large number of research and extension associates, who contribute at many levels to our research, teaching and extension programs.

The Department of Natural Resources has a strong graduate program, with a large number of students pursuing PhD, MSc or MPS degrees.

The Department of Natural Resources has a large dedicated staff who handle the many varied and complex administrative functions that keep us functioning.

Computers are an increasingly vital part of the research and teaching efforts within the Department. The Department of Natural Resources is fortunate to have access to a dedicated cluster of support personell.

The Department of Natural Resources has a number of esteemed emeritus faculty, who continue to make significant contributions to life in the department.

Gone but not forgotten...DNR alumni make important contributions to the department as colleagues, guest speakers, student mentors, internship sponsors, advisory board members (and, of course as financial supporters!).
